The second leg of the Missouri High School State Track and Field Series for Class 4 was under way Saturday, May 18, at Parkway North High School in St. Louis with the Sectional 2 meet.

Some of the states best and even all-time best performers competed as well as some of the top contending teams for Class 4 team titles like Francis Howell on the girls side and Hazelwood Central on the boys side.
